Impulse science exhibition, Go Green week
"Let's nurture the nature so that we can have a better future ".
St Aloysius PU College, (Harihar) celebrates 'Go Green Week' from
5th June 2021 to 12th June 2021 on the occasion of 'World Environment
Day'.
The inaugural programme of the Go Green Week was held virtually due
to the current Covid-19 pandemic.
Suchitra Patil of II PU Science welcomed everyone. The programme
began by singing a hymn by Ananya of 2 commerce to beseech God’s
blessings.
" In a planted saplings, two things grow Tree and Humanity".
The inauguration of the program was done by planting a sapling by the
students at their respective homes to mark the importance of the day.
Some of the students of 2nd PU commerce delivered a short speech on
the significance of the environment.
The College also organised various online competitions for the students
such as video making on planting a sapling, pluck card making,
environment protection play etc.
