ಸಂತ ಅಲೋಶಿಯಸ್ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ 2021-22 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಪಠ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಠ್ಯೇತರ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭ

ಪ್ರಾಚೀನ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುಕುಲಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೈತಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿತ್ತು.ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಕೇವಲ ಅಂಕಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯ ಪ್ರಜಾಪಿತ ಈಶ್ವರೀಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಕುಮಾರಿ ಲೀಲಾ ರವರು ಆತಂಕ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಅವರು ದಿನಾಂಕ:25-9-2021 ರಂದು ಹರಿಹರದ ಸಂತ ಅಲೋಶಿಯಸ್ ಪದವಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ 2021-22 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಪಠ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಠ್ಯೇತರ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿ ಸನ್ಮಾನ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನುದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತ,ಇಂದು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಮೌಲ್ಯಯುತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೆ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರದ್ದು ಕೇವಲ ವೇತನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ದುಡಿಮೆ ಎಂಬ ವಾತಾವರಣ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.ಇಂದಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ವೈಚಾರಿಕತೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಮರೆಯಾಗಿ ಕೇವಲ ಗಿಳಿಪಾಠ ಎಂಬಂತಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.ಗುಣ ಸಂಪಾದನೆಯ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಹಣ ಸಂಪಾದನೆಯೇ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಯುವಜನತೆ ಮಾನವೀಯತೆಯಿಂದ ದೂರ ಸಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ವಿಷಾದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣಸಂಪಾದನೆಯೇ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಗಳು ಹಳಸುತ್ತಿವೆ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿನಯವಂತಿಕೆ,ಸಹಕಾರ,ಸಹಬಾಳ್ವೆ ,ಏಕತೆ, ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಶಾಂತಿ ಸೌಹಾರ್ದತೆ ಮುಂತಾದ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು ಬೆರೆತಾಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಉತ್ತಮ ನಾಗರಿಕರಾಗಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.

ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಬ್ಯಾಪ್ಟಿಸ್ಟ್ ಸನ್ನಿ ಗುಡಿನ್ಹೊ ರವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ,ಯುವಕರಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಗುಣಗಳು ಇರಬೇಕು. ಇಂದಿನ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಜಗತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕ್ರಿಯಾತ್ಮಕತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೃಜನಶೀಲ ಗುಣಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದವರು ಮಾತ್ರ ಗೆಲ್ಲಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ ಎಂಬ ಕಿವಿಮಾತು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಮಾಜ ಸೇವಾ ಗುಣಗಳನ್ನು ಮೈಗೂಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಗುರು ಹಿರಿಯರಿಗೆ ಗೌರವ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾದ ಫಾ. ಎರಿಕ್ ಮಥಾಯಸ್,ಉಪಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಪುಷ್ಪಲತಾ ಅರಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೌಸಿನ್ ಉಲ್ಲಾ,ಪ್ರಿನ್ಸಿ ಫ್ಲಾವಿಯಾ ಪಿಂಟೋ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಯೋಜಕಿ ವಿಲಿಶಾ ಡಿಸೋಜಾ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಾಯಕ ಆದಿಲ್ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ಮಹಿಮಾ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು ಹಾಗೂ ರಿಹಾನ್ ವಂದಿಸಿದರು.

Inauguration Ceremony of Student council and investiture programme of St. Aloysius College, 2021-22

To inculcate the values of accountability, governance, leadership and responsibility in our students we had a grand celebration of the inauguration and investiture program of the student council 2021at St. Aloysius P.U. College Harihar

In ancient days, gurukula system was famous for ethics, morals and value based education but nowadays, education is confined to marks only, said PrajapithaBrahmakumariLeelaji of Davangere, the chief guest of the day. She said rationality is now merely a nightmare in children's education. Further she also pointed out the slip-ups ofeducators.

It is believed that children can become good human beings only when values ​​such as etiquette, dynamics, unity, cooperation, apathy, transparency, integrity, openness and naturalistic are imparted which is the full-form of EDUCATION, she said.

Mr. Baptist Sunny Gudinho, the Principal of the college who was present at theplatform, said that youth should have virtues of leadership to become men and women for others with their academic excellence. He said that in today's challenging world, only those with creative mindset and innovativequalities can conquer. He also called for the integration of social services with education and respect for the elders. Fr. Eric Mathaias SJ the superior, Vice Principals Mrs. PushpalataUrs and Mr. Mousin Ulla, and Program Coordinator Vilisha D'Souza and student leader Adil were present on the dais.

There was a small cultural programme along with felicitation to the chief guest.And also appreciation for top scorer as well. Ms. Mahima welcomed the gathering, Mr. Rehan rendered the Vote of thanks and Mr. Satholine Compered the program.
