The Constitution Day celebration was held on November 24th at St. Aloysius PU College, Harihar.
On the auspicious occasion of Constitution Day, St. Aloysius PU College came together in a memorable celebration during the morning assembly on November 27, 2023.
The event commenced at 8:50 am with a solemn tribute to the chief architect of the Indian Constitution, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. The Principal, Mrs. Pushpalatha Urs , Rev. Fr. Vinod AJ SJ , ,All the staff members reverently placed flowers before his portrait,symbolizing their deep respect for the visionary leader. The proceedings continued as Swati, a first-year PUC student, eloquently spoke about the historical significance of Constitution Day, enlightening everyone present. Following her insightful thoughts , Mr. Nagesh, a faculty member from the department of Economics , led the gathering in reciting the Constitutional oath—a powerful reaffirmation of the principles enshrined in the constitution.
The ceremony concluded on a patriotic note with everyone standing in unison for the National Anthem, encapsulating the spirit of unity and reverence for our democratic ideals. Report is written by Sr .Rose James
