YUVAJYOTHI 2022-23
At St. Aloysius Pre-University College Harihar, a one-day Yuva Jyoti camp was organised with the goal of
helping SSLC students take the exam without stress or worry. 800 SSLC students from the taluks of
Tarikere, Davangere, and Harihara took part in the event. Mr. Hanumanthappa, the Harihar Taluk Block
Education Officer, spoke at the camp's ending ceremony and noted that the 10th-class kids from the
taluk's government, aided, and unaided schools had assembled to represent the taluku with pride. He
also complimented the organisers for putting together a camp that was very helpful for exam
preparation.
Mr. Srinivasa Prasad, a teacher at St. Joseph Indian High School in Bangalore who specialises in English
and social science education, Mr. Sridhara Maiya, a science teacher at Government High School in
Guttur, who was an excellent science instructor and made Science approachable for the students, and
Mr. Rajasekhar KN a mathematics teacher at Bapuji High School in Harihar and specialist in making math
approachable for pupils, were among the state-level trainers who served as resource persons, were
honoured on this event. College superior Rev. Fr. Eric Mathias S. J. presided over the function. The
Principal Mr. Sunny Gudinho, Vice principals Mrs. Pushpalatha Urs, Mr. Mosin Ulla, and Mr. Abdul
Rahman G, the programme coordinator, as well as all teaching and non-teaching staff at the college
were also collaborated.
