Selection of the NCC Cadets on 21 st July2023 at St. Aloysious PU college Harihar

The National Cadet Corps came into existence on 16th July1948 under the NCC Act XXXVI of 1948 under the Ministry of Defense. The Motto of the NCC is ‘Unity and Discipline’ which was adopted on 23rd December1957.

The commanding officer Sanjit Mandal from 33 Karnataka battalion visited our college on 21 st July and selected 50 NCC cadets out of 65 students.

NCC in our college plays a credible role in shaping the character of students by instilling the values of patriotism, service, discipline and hard work. Training in NCC insists qualities like nationalism, patriotism, discipline, team spirit.
