The World Democracy Day celebration was held on September 15th at St. Aloysius PU College, Harihar.

The program commenced at 8:50 AM during the assembly with an opening hymn, followed by a meaningful inter-religious prayer conducted by the students. Following that, the portraits of Dr. Rajendra Prasad were honored by Reverend Fr. Eric Mathias SJ, the director of the college, and all the faculty members of the college.

Subsequently, a student spoke about the significance of the day, enlightening the minds of all the students. In the midst of these proceedings, an oath-taking ceremony was conducted by Miss. Sushmita Rachel Pinto.

The program concluded with the National Anthem.
